Why Stainless Steel?
All stainless steel is not created equal. Mizu uses only the highest quality 18/8 food grade stainless steel, meaning our steel has 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This perfectly balanced mixture leaves no metal taste and is the same material found in most commercial kitchens today because it is durable, easy-to-clean and corrosion resistant.
